Menu for the week of 8/8/11
Monday | Cereal and fruit | Tuna | Salmon, rice, green beans |
Tuesday | Eggs | Turkey roll ups (turkey and cheese) | Spinach/beef enchiladas, spoonbread |
Wednesday | Smoothie | Dino Nuggets and fruit | Marinated Chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes |
Thursday | Eggs | Almond butter and jelly sandwiches | Dijon burgers and macaroni salad |
Friday | Smoothie | Quesadillas | Baked ziti and garlic bread |
Saturday | Pancakes (chocolate chip) | Leftovers/PBJ/Tuna (whatever is left!) | BBQ chicken, macaroni salad, corn |
Sunday | French toast | *OUT* | Leftovers or Mac and Cheese if there are none |

The sales this week were:
salmon ($8/lb and we just get a little over one pound for the 3 of us, then fill up on rice and veggies), green beans were buy one bag and get one free
peaches and plums
ground beef on sale if you bought 3 or more pounds (I bought 3lbs to use for the enchiladas, the burgers, and freeze 1lb for next week)
chicken breast buy one pack, get one free
macaroni salad
corn 6 ears for $2
bread was buy one get one
