Here's what's cooking in my house this week:
Sunday:
Pancakes
Potluck Lunch (I'm taking Sketch Free Broccoli Cheddar soup and quadrupling the recipe)
Homemade Pizza and Salad
Monday:
Spice Dutch Baby
Ham/Cheese Wraps and Sweet Potato Fries (Alice has no school so she picked this to make)
Parmesan Dijon Chicken and Roasted Veggies (I use spicy mustard instead of Dijon, make my own whole wheat bread crumbs, and we roast carrots, parsnips, and cepellini onions)
Tuesday:
Oatmeal (thanks for the recipe, momster!)
Hot Dogs and Green Peas (we use Applegate Farms organic hot dogs)
Bean and Spinach Enchiladas
Wednesday:
Eggs
Winter Lentil Soup and Grilled Cheese
Fish and Steamed Veggies (I'll just get cod, tilapia, or salmon...whichever is on sale this week)
Thursday:
Oatmeal
Homemade Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli
10 Hour Chicken and Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Both from the cookbook My Father's Daughter by Gweneth Paltrow)
Friday:
Spice Dutch Baby
Cracker Stackers (that's what we call cheese and crackers, sometimes with ham or pepperoni)
Homemade Pizza and Salad
That's what we've got! I'm excited to try the recipes from the Gweneth Paltrow book. I got it from the library and it's actually kind of fun to read as well! I'll update with pictures as I cook :)
